Yeah, but the exercise thing gets kinda addictive. Hell, I even threw myself into it within a week of quitting smoking (oh the PAIN!). Still, within a month or so I was running twice as far on a more demanding circuit and with no stops. I actually got off on it all a little…

Oh, don’t sweat it, I have started up again; it’s just finding the time that’s hard. No, seriously - I’m not making that up.
But, I’m gonna suck it up and exercise a lot later at night than I normally want to (i.e. around 9 or 10). Because that’s dedication (and that’s when I’m nice and free).
